My Jakarta 7.0 Earthquake Experience

My Condiminium

Rajawali Condominium

I was sleeping during the day and suddenly I felt something really strange, I woke up because my bed was shaking. I was wondering why the hell my bed was shaking till I saw my cabinet doors and my bedroom door was doing their own thing. There’s an earthquake! I rushed to the terrace and saw that the residents of the condominium were all on the pool, the garden, basically downstairs… Read the rest of this entry »

A Tool for the Trade

Canon EOS 40D

Canon EOS 40D

My good boss lent me his Canon EOS 40D (his “baby”) for the sole purpose of this blog. A very good tool for taking photos given that I am also fond of Photography, having this baby would definitely make this blog more fun.

And so i feel, my trigger-happy fingers cant wait to do alot of clicking! I remember the days when i had my dads Pentax XLR Camera and i had to arm myself with a bunch of rolls of films. But now with technology on the rise, times have surely changed and my trigger-happy fingers is very happy with it.

Happy Independence Day Indonesia

Young Chinese Indonesians celebrate victory following a pole-climbing competition held as part of the Independence Day celebrations in the Chinese town of Glodok, North Jakarta, on Sunday.

Was woken up by a party noise coming from outside my apartment. When i checked it out, people where having their own fun and party on the street. Was actually thinking of going to the office until i saw the street party.

So anyway, i still decided to come to the office due to the misunderstood instruction from my boss… hahahaha…

Now a sudden shift on the street traffic as Indonesia celebrates their Independence day.

Alot of road-blocks almost everywhere because people are on the streets playing games and having their own celebration of the day.

In contrast, not much cars on the streets. Wished everyday was independence day. With that, i wont have to get stressed going to the office because of the traffic ;)
